What this does
Shows every page as a small picture. Remove the pages you do not want and save the rest as a new PDF, in the same order and without any loss of quality.
What it can’t do
Remove part of a page. To take a name or a paragraph out of a page, use Redact PDF, which removes the content underneath the box as well.
A worked example
A 30-page bank statement is needed as proof of address, but only the first page matters. The other 29 are removed and a one-page PDF goes to the landlord, with nothing of the transactions left in the file.
Questions
- Are deleted pages really gone?
- Yes. The new PDF is built only from the pages you keep, and it is written fresh, so nothing of the removed pages, their text or their pictures remains in the file.
- Can I delete several pages at once?
- Yes. Remove as many as you like from the page grid, then save once.
- Is the original changed?
- No. You download a new file; the PDF on your device is untouched.
Your file stays on this device
The tool above runs in a sealed frame that cannot send your file anywhere. It works with airplane mode on, and the counter above it stays at 0. Here is how you can check that yourself.
